Refund policy
Thank you very much for choosing AweRay products. If you are not satisfied with this purchase or the product has quality problems, don't worry, we also have quality assurance and a worry-free return policy.
1. Want to get a return & refund? Please contact us via email shopify@aweray.com and describe the problem you encountered in detail. We will have a technical staff to follow up and handle your case. We will check and verify whether there is any error in the usage method, and actively troubleshoot for you to solve your problem. And if it is verified that the product has quality problems, defects or cannot be used normally, we will also exchange or refund for you.
2. If you receive the product and do not want it, please ensure that the product is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the return costs of the return without reason in this case. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return guide and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items sent back to us without an approved return.
3. If you have used the product after receiving it and the product has no quality problems, it will not be returned for refund in this case.
Damage Issues
Please check your product promptly after receiving the express delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve your issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom items (e.g., special order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Transactions
The fastest way to ensure you get a refund is to return the item you received and purchase a new item once the return refund process is in place.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know within 24 hours if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue your refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at shopify@aweray.com.

破損問題
